nearly three years ago i met a girl ...
a beautiful girl ...
... but ...
i just didnt know it ...
so ...
after meeting this girl ...
i stayed away ...
because i didnt know it ...
and ...
because i thought, "well, for one, 99.0364% of girls are pretty much evil,
and two,
with the luck ive had with girls, im pretty much gonna be a ...
 ,
thus God, You and me, we're gonna chill ... absolutely no ladies ... evER!"
well ...
a little over five months later ... God said,
"Naw, not 'evER!' you silly billy gumdrops, I only scheduled that for these last
five months" ...
then He said,
"But now, though you missed it the first time, I'm going to open your eyes to
someone beautiful ... and guess
what? someone good, and someone lovely, ... and yes, i know it might be unbelievable, but a someone, who is, a girl ..."
me: "...nah, not possible ..."
well, i was wrong ... awfully wrong
and though i had it settled it in my mind that a life of singleness was the life for me, God caught me completely offguard by bringing Breana into my life in a way in which i could really "see" her, and know her for who she was and is ... someone beautiful, good, lovely, precious, and invaluable. And I am so grateful toward Him for that.
And i must say, having been out here in Governator Ah-nold's Kaleefornia the last few days apart from her has made me
i miss you my love ... and God-willing, I will be making my way to you in a few hours ...
In other news,
* I am living and working in Southern Pines, NC until the wedding (only 61 days!)
* I lost $200 of my work week's wages thursday (i lost it after tucking it securely in my fifth pocket, never had that happened before.)
* I found nearly $250 in loose change laying around my grandparents house (which i split with my lil bro)
* I have been here the last 4 days
(my moms castle at the big SD)
to see my lil bro do this
and have fun with the fam as an unmarried guy for the last time.
* I'm not sure if i really have anything else to write right now ... oh, i was gonna include our engagement story in here, but it would have made an already huge post "ginormous" ... but im hopin to maybe put that on our "knot" ... someday ... maybe
